With more than 1,000 exhibitors, the fair is a tour through antiques, modern antique, design, vintage and valuables, in addition to a fantastic side exhibitions in Halls.
The Déballage Réservé – two days prior to the beginning of the fair – has become a fixture, the only real “marketplace for dealers”. An event that cannot be missed, dedicated to operators and professionals.
Mercanteinfiera Experience offers free and exclusive services through a special personal Card which grants you:
• Free admission, also valid for Déballage Réservé (traders’ days);
• Free parking;
• Dedicated lounge
Registration is free and will give you a Personal Card, allowing you to enjoy Mercanteinfiera Experience 2021 exclusive features and services.
The card
Filling the Application Form, within DATA DA AGGIORNARE, you will receive your Mercanteinfiera Experience Personal CARD allowing you to enjoy the exclusive features and services reserved to Mercanteinfiera Experience participants.
On September 27th you will receive your Mercanteinfiera Experience e-card by email with further instructions. In order to receive your e-card you are required to submit your subscription within Septemper 24th by filling in the Registration Form below.
EXCLUSIVE SERVICES
VIP ENTRANCE PASSES FOR MERCANTEINFIERA AND DÉBALLAGE RÉSERVÉ
Mercanteinfiera Experience reserves to each participant to Mercanteinfiera Fall, free-entry tickets and access to Déballage Réservé, “days reserved to operators only” which will take place September 30th – October 1st for Mercanteinfiera. TWO entrances granted for each Card: In order to benefit from this feature, you will need to register by filling the Application Form below.
After doing so, you will receive a confirmation email and on September 27th your Mercanteinfiera e-card.
How to enter the exhibition:
Once you’ve received your e-card you’ll be able to access to the above mentioned services by choosing one of the following:
1) Print your e-card and keep it with you during your visit to Mercanteinfiera;
2) Show the e-card to the staff directly from your smartphone or tablet.
Your Card is intended for your personal use and, as such, you are not entitled to transfer it to any third part. Therefore, you might be asked to exhibit a valid ID in order to verify your propriety.
VIP PARKING
Upon your arrival show your Personal Card to the Mercanteinfiera Experience RESERVED CASH DESK and ask for your VIP PARK coupon to get free parking authorization in any parking stalls reserved for visitors.
Please note that your VIP PARK coupon will be valid for one day only. Service subjected to availability.
VIP LOUNGE
Showing your Personal Card you will be granted admission to the Vip Lounge, a special reserved area within the Fairground, Pav. 4.
Access to Mercanteinfiera Experience VIP LOUNGE is reserved to Mercanteinfiera Experience Card owners only.
VIP LOUNGE Services: WiFi, guarded wardrobe, dedicated staff who will be at full disposal of the programme participants to support them in dealing with any logistics needs related to the Tradeshow or to their stay in the Territory of Parma, translator service, and much more.
